Make a small team that has different kinds of mobile phones. Assess the ease of use of another mobile phone: try to perform at least three tasks such as adjusting the brighness of the screen, setting an alarm, adding a calnedar entry, recording an incoming call, or alike. Compare how many steps each operation requires and how many wrong selections a new user made in the process. Report your findings.
