Testing and fixing problems with interactive pages

Choose two of the sites that you sometimes need to use, and evaluate the usability of the user interface. Compare how the sites function, and see whether there are problems in usability that need fixing. Suggest fixes.

You could examine

You can describe your findings drawing graphs or site maps.

Plan a process (=make a script) to test the functionality and usability on the site, such as how to submit information (assignment, task) or finding a course.

You can also analyze the visual qualities of the site:

Report the problems, and why they are problems. Present the suggested improvements in a design draft.
